Multi award winning Chef Ross Howell develops menus which are product driven and handcrafted. Only the freshest seasonal produce of the highest quality is used within Plantation Bar and Restaurant.

For French-inspired cuisine for any occasion, Plantation Bar & Restaurant brings to you the region’s best produce. An excellent menu choice will certainly please your palate. Ross’s passion for classic cooking is apparent with mouth-watering choices that include a main of eye fillet of beef with potato dauphinoise, chestnut mushrooms and cep cream and a dessert of a thin apple tart with vanilla bean ice cream and calvados anglaise.
